Congratulations to David Winnard  (Independent Financial Adviser) from Thomson Hayton Winkley Financial Services who, after much hard work, has completed the Level 6 Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning.  David has achieved Chartered Financial Planner status and has also been awarded Fellowship of the Personal Finance Society.

He recently attended a graduation ceremony at Westminster Chapel, London which was a very proud occasion for David and his family.
