Independent Retailer of the Year
A new opportunity came along for us to sponsor the Independent Retailer of The Year award at this year’s Cumbria Life Awards and we were pleased to get involved.
These awards showcase some of the best that Cumbria has to offer across all industries– food and drink, tourism, arts, culture and more!
The finalists were selected following reader nominations and voting has now taken place. We will find out who won at the ceremony to be held on Thursday 5th September at The Low Wood Bay Hotel.
Acting for many independent shops and other retail outlets in the area, sponsoring the Independent Retailer Award is a great category for us. It is good for Cumbria’s towns and villages to have so many vibrant independents – let’s hope that locals and visitors alike appreciate them and use them.
