Where you stand meeting – we offer an initial fixed fee meeting (of up to 1 hour*) for £200 + VAT.  During this meeting we will advise you on all the aspects of your case, and give an indication of the specific costs that will be involved.  *Any additional time spent is charged at the normal hourly rate for the person dealing with the matter.

Fixed fee divorce – we offer a fixed fee service of £1,253 inclusive of VAT and disbursements (such as court fees) acting for you as the Petitioner, or £300 inclusive of VAT and disbursements if you are the Respondent.

All other issues – the settlement of financial and children issues can take more time and costs to resolve, particularly if matters are complex or become contentious.  We will provide transparent advice on the costs to be incurred at all stages.
