This Valentines Day, we are sharing the love for our fantastic reception teams!
We put all the comments we received in 2022 about our reception staff on our Client Satisfaction Questionnaires, into a word cloud generator.
As you can see “helpful” came out top, with “friendly” “polite” and “efficient” not far behind! 
We strive to be a welcoming, friendly firm and reception is often the first point of contact that clients and others have with us, so it is great to see that they are doing a good job.
